What to confirm before ordering
A catalog listing is a starting point for an enquiry. Ask for a written quotation identifying the product or SKU, quantity, minimum order, pack size, currency, stock status or production lead time, freight and applicable commercial terms. Our base quote currency is CAD; confirm the currency shown on your quotation.
For custom work, confirm the specification and sample approval requirements before committing to bulk production. Do not assume a stock item and a custom production run have the same minimum order or delivery time.
