ProDartsGear is operated by Northdarts Inc. in Mississauga, Ontario. Shipping and commercial terms depend on the goods, quantity and delivery destination. A written quotation confirms the terms applicable to your order.
How wholesale ordering works
- Send an enquiry: Include your business name, product or SKU, quantities and delivery postal or ZIP code.
- Review the quotation: Confirm item specifications, minimum quantities, pack sizes, stock or production timing, payment schedule and delivery costs.
- Confirm the order: Resolve any specification or commercial questions before accepting the quotation. For custom products, confirm the drawing and sample approval steps.
- Arrange dispatch: Confirm the shipping origin, carrier or collection arrangement and the delivery details applicable to your order.
Minimum quantities and pricing
There is no single minimum quantity that applies to every item. A minimum may apply per SKU, pack, carton or custom production run. Ask for the exact minimum and quantity breaks for the products you need. Base quotations use CAD; always check the quoted currency, validity period, taxes, freight and any charges included or excluded.
Canadian stock orders
Canadian stock ships from Aurora, Ontario. We confirm warehouse availability, packing, order processing and freight before accepting an order. Processing time and carrier transit time are separate. Contact us before planning a collection; the Mississauga office address should not be assumed to be a pickup location.
US and other cross-border enquiries
Provide a complete delivery destination. The quotation must identify freight, applicable import arrangements, the party responsible for customs clearance, and any charges included or excluded. Confirm duties, taxes and brokerage responsibilities before placing an order.
Custom production orders
Production timing begins according to the agreed specification, sample approval and payment schedule. Manufacturing and international transit require separate allowances. Material, weight, dimensions, finish, artwork and packaging should be documented for the specific project.
Damage, shortages and product concerns
Contact sales@prodartsgear.com with your order reference and supporting photographs. Reporting deadlines, returns eligibility and warranty terms must be agreed in writing before purchase.
