How a custom project progresses

  1. Review the brief. We clarify the specification and check feasibility with the manufacturing partner.
  2. Confirm the quotation. Review minimum quantities, sample or tooling charges, packaging and proposed delivery terms.
  3. Review a sample. Check dimensions, weight, grip, finish and branding against the agreed specification.
  4. Approve production. Confirm the sample, inspection requirements and commercial terms before bulk production.
  5. Confirm dispatch details. Review carton information, shipping arrangements and destination requirements.

Questions before you start

What is the minimum order?

Custom minimum quantities vary by product, design, finish and packaging. Send quantities by version so we can review the production route. Ready-stock minimums do not automatically apply to custom orders.

Can I start with a reference product instead of a drawing?

Yes. Send clear photographs and describe the changes you want. Dimensions and other production requirements must be clarified before sample approval.

Can you guarantee a tolerance or delivery date from a photo?

No. Tolerances, material specifications, sample timing and production lead time need project-specific confirmation.

Where should I send confidential drawings?
